Our mother company, Global Urban Advisors, has been created in Marbella with the aim of managing complex real estate projects in the region by responding to the renaissance of the Spanish market after the crisis. Our Marbella team with its members with 20-30 years of experience in this field is taking care of our investors and projects on the Costa del Sol.
After the successful establishment of the regional business, we have decided to expand not only geographically, but also by opening to new business lines, which gives us the chance to provide our clients with a more comprehensive service.
And this is how GUA Property, a spin-off of Global Urban Advisors, has been born on the Costa Blanca, focusing on the selling of new build properties and on the promotion of real estate investments on the Mediterranean coastline of Alicante.
GUA Property focuses on off-plan dwellings, projects under construction and brown-field investment opportunities in the area. Our business model is based on the cooperation with international partners, with special attention to the Northern European states and China.
Through local partnerships we provide our partners and clients a comprehensive service in the field of real estate, from finding opportunities to exiting an investment or just enjoying the sought-after Mediterranean lifestyle.

After having obtained her MA degrees at the University of Alicante (Spain) and the University of International Studies of Xi’an(China), she was in charge of business development and client management of Chinese customers in the field of marble export to the Asiatic continent. She has deepened her experience in the Chinese market and her knowledge in the real estate industry during her several years of work at a real estate developer in Alicante. In GUA Property she oversees the business development in China by guiding and advising our company in that market and business culture which are so different from the European ones.
