Steve has been involved in the Spanish property market for more than 30 years and has experienced the highs and lows of the boom and bust extremes. Following a successful “baptism” on the Costa Del Sol in the 1980s, he expanded into other parts of Spain including the Costa Blanca, Mallorca and Tenerife where he ran his own business specialising in property sales, rentals and management.
In more recent times, Steve has focused his attention on the Costa Blanca simply because, “This coastline has everything that most buyers want and need and at prices generally more attractive than the alternatives,” he explains. “The range of different types of resorts, towns and villages coupled with a near perfect year-round climate, make it the ideal location for the discerning buyer.”
Steve now splits his time between his native south Wales and his beloved Costa Blanca. His wealth of knowledge of Spain, its culture and customs as well as the ever-changing property market, make him an invaluable member of the team in looking after our GUA clients both before and after they make their purchase.
