Current Real Estate Market on the Costa Blanca

The crisis of 2008 has cleared the real estate market, which reached its bottom in 2013, and from there we are experiencing a steady and healthy growth on the coast, without signs of a bubble. The focus of developers has shifted from quantity to quality, and the “Wild West” has turned into a fresh and lively market.

As an effect of the COVID, sales prices on the second-hand market have decreased sligthlty, while new builds have maintained steady. In the beginning of June 2021 we can already see a solid recovery of sales volume, which will probably be followed by the overall price index making its way upwards.   Check out our blog or sign up to our newsletter to be in the picture about the latest news and offers.
