How it works

  1. Complete the enquiry form providing us with as much information as possible so that we are familiar with the basic parameters of your intended purchase.
  2. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your criteria in more detail.
  3. Once we fully understand the criteria that are most important to you, a refundable good-faith deposit of €500 is to be placed (WAIVED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!).
  4. We launch the search using our network of 200+ local agencies and property owners, moving our formal and informal contacts in the region to find the best price/value matches with your desired property. No “recently sold properties”, no “time-waster viewings”, no “missing permits after purchase”.
  5. We select the best fitting 4/5 properties to send you within 7 days.
  6. We will ask for your comments so that we can eliminate any that you feel are not suitable and replace them with others which may better meet your needs.
  7. Once the final list is drawn up we will arrange a viewing trip for you at your earliest convenience.
  8. We advise that you allow for a three-day visit so that there is adequate time to view the most suitable properties a second time prior to making your decision. Or you can make use of our Virtual Live Viewing service to “visit” the properties from the safety of your home.

    Whilst it is not possible for any agency to guarantee success, we are confident that with our high coverage of the Costa Blanca we will find the property that will be the perfect match for your criteria. By asking you a lot of questions beforehand and the very nature of how we source the best properties, your chances of success with us will be far greater than they are by using the more conventional, tedious and frustrating alternatives.

  3. Are there any hidden fees or “small print” that I should be aware of?

    Absolutely not, we pride ourselves on being completely transparent. The only fee you pay us is the €500 refundable good-faith deposit (WAIVED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!). There are no other fees to use our finder’s service or for the viewings or the signing at the notary with you. We also take on the interpreter’s role during the purchase process at no additional cost for you. Most “Property Finders” charge you separately for services that you will inevitably need if you buy a property in Spain, like Tax ID, bank account etc. WE DO THIS FOR FREE!
